I just appreciate his unique perspective and flavor that he brings I guess. His past history is quite a read, too.

Holy crap, I could punch myself in the face for forgetting to mention Magritte! I absolutely LOVE his paintings! I have an 'Empire of Light' poster hanging on my wall. I love how it takes a few seconds to realize what is wrong with the painting.
I never really get much into artists history, actually....cept Dali, and boy was he messed up. TEH GRASSHOPPER R A PHALLUS!

How painstaking would it be to construct a painting like that (and many others) out of DOTS? It's like the precursor to pixels, and it must have taken extraordinary dedication.

Oooh I love those dotty paintings, I can stare at them for ages, I was one of those kids in school that actually LIKED going to art galleries and stuff haha
I remember studying a starry night in art aswel, that is a really nice painting all that swirly sky shizz going on.
Ooh tat Edvard Munch dude was pretty good aswel, the scream is something else we had to study, altho that was study overkill so I don't like that painting anymore hah
