Ever used a cheat device to elongate the final battle

The final battle with Sephiroth inside the Lifestream, did anyone cheat to make it remotely possible to lose or at least make it last more than a few seconds?

I just want to know if its possible

Well I don't see why you would want to lose the fight, but it would be interesting if somebody hacked the game and made the fight take longer, like a real boss fight, that was actually challenging. Then they could throw like a 5 minute cutscene in there that shows Cloud and Seph dueling it out. That would be awesome. Too bad I don't know anything about this sort of stuff, Or I would do that.

Well, one time when my limit bar/turn bars filled up, I just hit defend instead of Attack (Limit, in this case). Or maybe I just didn't hit anything. I don't remember anymore. Point being, I didn't try to attack him. I just let it sit there for a few seconds, and he attacked Cloud (I can't remember how much damage he did, but I actually think it was a pretty good amount), but immediately afterward, Cloud counter attacked with a regular sword swipe (I didn't have to press anything) and it did very little damage to Sephiroth. But the battle still ended, me being victorious. It was pretty lame, not gonna lie.

No way.The fun thing is just to Omnislash his face without taking damage.Total ownage.

the battle was designed with only one thing in mind, and that was total hax. they really wanted to make sure cloud could not lose this battle. even if he tried.
