English localized songs on any official FF XIII OST?

Hi, just wondering if the two english localized versions of the songs, "Serah's Theme" and "The Sunleth Waterscape" are available on any of the official Final Fantasy XIII OSTs?

EDIT: Found out that the English localization of "The Sunleth Waterscape" is on FF XIII OST PLUS.
