Okay so I got FF7 on my phone, and I'm playing through it for the 657th time. Except this time I'm playing whilst sitting on the bus, or on the toilet.
So I'm firing through it, and I simply -must- have the Laser enemy skill.
Thing is, when I was wandering the desert on my way to Dyne, I didn't fight any of the Dark Claws. Did the Barrett/Dyne fight, then it just cuts straight through with dialog and the chocobo race until you get released from prison with the dune buggy.
When I drive back into the base of the golden saucer in the desert, I end up in the 'infinite' desert, and I've fought like 20 Sandworms, but not seen a single Dark Claw.
Having been set free from prison is there anyway I can get Laser -now- ?
I don't want to have to wait til disc 3 as it's such a powerful spell early on, and almost a necessity for stress-free morphing.
Unfortunately I lost my save-states when I updated the game, so my previous memory card save is way back at Chocobo Farm.
If it's not possible to now get Laser until disc 3, then I'll be going back to my previous save. But I really CANNOT be bothered catching a chocobo, doing the fort condor battle, doing the junon parade etc all over again.
So if you know of how I can find a Dark Claw, please help!
