ii just got a mod chip and iw anan perchase these 2 games..
but will it be in japanese or can i switch it to english?

international versions play in many languages it depends on which language you want to play it in i don't know much about mod chips but if you set your default language on the main screen of your ps2 before you put the disc in it should be in that language
I thought it was only Japanese, like the Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. 
I dunno, I generally thought that they release international versions as Japanese only since the English (Normal) versions have more content in them then the Japanese (Normal) versions...so they make it up by having International Japanese-only version.
That's what I've always been lead to believe at least.
EDIT: NVM. I just checked. It has English voices and subtitles. But is still a Japanese-Exclusive title.
