If cheating helps you have fun, than by all means cheat to your hearts content.
Personally, i do not enjoy using cheats, because it makes the game boring for me. What with no challenge and all.

The only time would should not cheat, is when they are playing with other players. I mean, that is just fucked.

I think the only game I have ever used a cheat on would be an GTA game. I mean its usually the weapons and money cheat because it just makes an somewhat easy game easier. In any other game I am completely against them. In most RPG's they really make the game to easy, unlimited items, easy leveling, easy money. All those make the game a cinch to beat and completely ruin the game. So I think only in a game like GTA it is okay to use a cheat.
