I'm also a big fan of Digimon and Pokemon (Digimon more) and I was wondering if any one else was a fan of Digimon!
I liked the first one in the series because you get to see your digimon run around with you and it was the first Digimon game I ever play so I considered it great because I loved the series.
The second one was my favourite in the series because I could have 3 digimon fighting at the same time and had much more digimon in it! But there was the really annoying "idea" that once you reach a certain lvl you get 9999999999 EXP till next lvl which is very annoying. Also in the later domains the encounter rate rises a lot and that's damn annoying because each battle takes over 3 minutes and there's many floors!
The third one was very addicting but not as addicting as the second one. I liked it because they removed the 999999999EXP to next lvl "idea" but they also removed the 3 digimon per battle system and instead you could only fight with 1 digimon! The only good side is that there's only 1 enemy too!
My second favourite and which I still love is Digimon Digital Card Battle!
There were many cards and many combinations and it was a break from the really, really long RPG's!
So does anyone else like Digimon?
 
the first one was tediouse yet fun for the time , the battle system definatly was not this games high point neither was its loading time , but i still liked playing it (digimon world 1 ) . My only gripe was after all the fighting and training , having one of my digimon die was a total pain in the ass .
 
I liked the first one. It was a great take on the anime and the Digivolution. I wish they would make a more advanced game for the Playstation 2 (Re-take on Digimon World). The others didn't impress me very much though.

Pokemon is good as well and I just love the choice in Pokemon and the adventure of the games.
 
I like the diversity of Digimon , digimon have so many diffrent possibilities when they digivolve so it adds some more to the game . I agree that if they remade the original world game (fixing its flaws) then it would both be great and a hit .
 
Digimon are the champions! :lol:

The first game was brilliant, I hated the battle music - the high-noted organ-type music. I hated not being able to get the Digimon you try so hard to digivolve to, then end up getting Numemon :mad:

Next game was brilliant, too, but I hated the digivolution system.

Digimon World 2003 (or DW 3) was flawless :lol:

Digimon World 4 is impossible to win - I've had it for a year, and I still can't get past the first dungeon.
 
I only played the first one and I only managed to get to the last dungeon last week and I got the game for years
