FF Music Did nobuo leave?!?

He's now set up his own freelance business, there's an indepth interview with him on the subject of all his work on IGN somewhere, I'll try find it a sec and post it here when I do.

***It was actually 1UP, I recommend any Uematsu fan read/watch this.

I thought that nobuo uematsu left square enix a few years ago but then i found this http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Nobuo_Uematsu and it says that he is composing music for ffXIII and ffxii but i thouhgt he left ages ago and here it says that he is a composer http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Final_Fantasy_XIII Im confused someone please explain
I really wouldn't worry about it, whilst yes he was a great composer even when he does stop composing for SE (which may or may not be after XIII) then it gives the newer and less established composers to shine and become more experienced, which on the whole benefits Square Enix massively. :monster:

Mostly, Nobuo just does Composing for Mistwalker now, under Hironbu Sakaguchi, former director of SquareSoft. He still does the occasional song for FF still, though.

Like the compser from FF12 right? :P Man the music alone made me break the CD in half. Such music is for a Star Wars game or Lord of the Rings, not a Final Fantasy or Zelda or whatever game. Anyways he did indeed leave to make music outside of FF ( and not FF like music either ) but not sure if he returned for FF13 tough... would make sense why the FF13 trailer had good music tough.

Hmmm... It Fit FF12 a lot, IMHO... Then again, FF12 WAS Star Wars more than anything else.
