Well I finally got Danjuro on my old FFXII file last week... it took me 4hrs using the Mom Bomb Method and I only got Larva Eater to show up twice... Mom Bomb method took longer than my other method but it got the job done all thanks to those damn Gargoyle Barons.

Anyways, I was finally able to compare this One-Handed Weapon to the Durandal myself. In a way, it was somewhat worth it... I just hope Square-Enix doesn't do something this stupid in the future... I put no effort in the Zodiac Spear and less effort in obtaining Tournesol compared to this.

But I do like One-Handed Weapon & Shield combinations and by my personal opinion Danjuro is the best one... at least, when equipped with a Cat-Ear Hood.

My Vaan is at level 92 along with Basch & Penelo (Thats my A-Team, my B-Team is Balthier, Fran & Ashe) and Danjuro does around 2300-2900 avg. Damage. When Equipped with a Cat-Ear Hood however it makes it on par with Durandal increasing its damage to 3900-5000 avg. The fact that Daggers are fast and have a higher combo rate than 1H Swords... it wasn't really worth the days, time and effort I put into obtaining it. But again it does make this the best 1H Weapon IMO.

That +5 Evade on the Danjuro also compliments Demon Shield, Venetian Shield & Zodiac Escutcheon. If I knew this back then and I had it my way, I would've put the time I and effort that I put into obtaining the Durandal into the Danjuro instead.

I just regret rushing things on my original file. I obtained Tournesol the day before and I never even got to use them on hunts or other harder bosses in this game. Heck, my "Team A" were all at level 77 and my "Team B" were all level 86 by the time I defeated Omega MkXII (I beat Yiazmat at around level 74) and the only reason I am this high on levels is because of all the time I spent on the Great Crystal trying to get Danjuro =/

It's time for me to close my old FFXII file and call it an end all over again.
