according to this gamefaqs walkthrough
[223] No Sleeping
Follow the rescue dog in the Snowfields and pull a person out of the ground
when it stops and barks. Throw the person onto a nearby campfire to get a
reward in the mail later. Rescue at least 10 people for the Gold Medal
I follow the dog but he just stops and looks at me and growls and walks off and repeats the same process again I folowed him around for awhile till those timed battles started =/ , And it doesn't tell you how you can pull people out of the ground If you find them.
Anyway to do this?
