Nice try for a first attempt, I can see where you've been blurring and the lighting to the right hand side of the sig is good.

However there are a few things I should point out:

Have you tried experimenting with different brushes? The one used in this sig is pretty simple, and different brushes can give different effects.

Also when I first started out, I was told to try and stick to one focal, you have two Peaches here which can make the sig look a bit confusing.

Also try mixing up different colours and maybe use different lighting, just by merely experimenting with everything you have makes things better :)

But as I said this isn't bad for a first try, well done.

Really nice try for your first sig ever. I actually like the placement of the renders and such. It looks a tad blurry, though. Try saving it as PNG file instead of Jpeg or JPG. To make it more clear and less faded saving it as a PNG gets it to look glossy kinda.

I kinda agree about the focal point, but at the same time, I think two Peaches ARE the focal point. The only thing is, maybe you could have done something more to the font and center. Like the above poster said, you can try different brushes. But if that's too much of a hassle you can easily try using textures and changing their affects.

The size is really good, actually, but maybe you can try borders and such? Which photoshop do you own?

Also, if you don't have many different fonts you can go to Dafont.com and look through the thousands of pages of fonts they have and pick out a few you really like. Also, BrushEasy.com has a lot of great brushes to use. And if you need textures, just google "photoshop textures" or go on a photo sight like Photobucket or Devaintart and look up "texture" you should get a whole lot of ideas and what not from those.

Hopefully I helped some.
