Does anyone else think that The Crimson Squad characters, would kick ass if you could have played as them in a spin off/ side mission?

In the same way you did with Laguna in the dream sequences...? Only with out the dream part...obviously

I wasn't particularily fond of the dreams in VIII so I imagine I wouldn't have taken to well to playing as any other characters in this one

Well possibly, even like a boys version of X-2. just thought the characters were good and would have liked to have experimented with them. Could even have been like a side quest thing

Wow i really love the dream sequences in VIII.
It was just fun to play laguna and learn his story and see his personality.

Maybe i just got bored of playing with the 3 girls all the time, and just thought that they'd make good playable characters. Especially as they all appear peaceful and weak, until battle like in the

Yes, I thought that there will be someone else fighting with me than just those three girls. When I saw Baralai, Nooj and Gippal I was like, 'Omg! Like they're gonna fight with me! I can't wait' no such luck. Instead I got
