Computer Specs For Final Fantasy XIV help

Sorry. I know there's a lot of threads about this type of stuff all ready but I've posted on other forums and no one has even responded to the threads I posted.

I was wondering if I should upgrade my graphic card,if its needed and to which one exactly would be best? I'll list my computer specs below

AMD Phenom X4(9750 Quad Core Processor(4CPU)2.4ghz
OS: Windows Vista
Memory: around 4GB I believe
Current Graphic card: ATI RADEON HD 4300 series

also currently have a 430W fan in my computer

I just named some of the stuff I found in dxdiag. If people need more information, please let me know. I would just like to be able to run FFXIV more fluently and would appreciate any help.

The graphic card I was thinking of possibly upgrading to was a Geforce 9800GT. What do you guys/gals think of that?
 
this is unlikely going to cut it for FF XIV, sorry. i'm running a GTX 275 and I still am getting terrible FPS at the max settings. FF XIV apparently has problems with Nvidia graphics cads so if you want a high framerate you should get as modern of an ATI card as you can afford, preferably from the upper 5000 series
 
Yeah, that could probably not even handle min settings. I am bumping my PC up for it, I am going up to 8GB and I am looking at the 8870 card I saw going for about £200, even then I am worried I may need to replace the processor and even the CPU since mine only runs at 450W.
 
Can any1 let me know if i'll be able to run FFXIV.

Your ram and processor look good, but your graphics card looks... severely under-powered. That might be a little bit of a problem.

The Radeon HD 5750 runs about $120 and seems like a good option. Just try to make sure that your power supply meets the requirements for the card.
