Okay here it is, claiming a member/item/monster is pretty straight forward
If there is a character, monster or item in FFVII:AC that you would like to claim
Then you can claim him/her​

One rule: only allowed to claim on thing every two days
You cannot claim something that someone else has, though you can trade items etc
