Below is a basic sig... Just kite from dot hack with words and a few filters...

This is a little more complicated, but not much... It's compiled of an Yoshitaka Amano sketch of Sephiroth, the FFVII title, Game Manual Sephiroth, and a single lighting filter.

Its good well done, the only thing is that you need to put a border around both to empthazise it

They kinda okay, I have seen much better. add more effects, try to blend, and all that jazz.

Well I'm not sure about the picture quality on the 1st one...for me it's too pixelly (is that a word?)

On the second one it looks alright but I'm not really sure what you've actually done to the picture. It looks like you've just found a picture and put a lgihting effect on it and that's all. Of course I could be wrong...
