Buying or downloading animes

I was just wondering if you prefer to download anime off of the internet or buy the DVDs at a store? I used to buy anime movies at the store but now i just download all of my anime.

Mine is currently all DL cause Im a college student and can't possibly afford $100 for a series. When I get money, I promise I'll buy some. Plus, its a good way to see what you like and dont.

I use Ebay and get cheap boxsets. I only download manga.

I'd go with downloads any day.
It's not because I'm a cheapskate and stuff, but animes over the net are often fansubbed. And fansubbed animes are a hell lot better than dubs.

Plus, some of the newer animes aren't licensed yet.

The reason I download anime is because, for one, I'm usually broke all year 'round. Plus, I can see the animes that aren't even released in America yet.

Depends on the anime really, i usually download the anime and watch it at home on my comp

I d/l most of the anime I watch or rent it. If I really like a series is when I go out and buy it.
