cast haste, bubble,regen and protect on your party at the save crystal. Touch the crystal to rejuvante your characters. Use dispel right when you get into the fight. Blizzaga works very good on him also because he is weak against ice. Make sure to have an esuna gambit for the SAP attack he uses. Have 1 melee fighter and two ranged fighters in your party. Make sure your healing gambits are set at 60% or higher. When his hp drops below 20 % swap for your reserve crew and unleash hell with your quickenings. Try to get then chain above 7 if possible. Yeah, I'd say try to get as much MP as you can from the new Mist Charges you get as you unlock your higher leveled Quickenings. By essentially doubling and tripling your total MP, you put yourself in a very good position to heal a lot of your wounds that you take in battle with Tyrant.

Rabanastre at the Muthru Bazaar. Oh dang..I'm not sure if that's Bubble or Bravery. Try that though, and if it's not it, I'll take a quick look next time I find my guide unless someone else steps in and can correctly help you.

Yeah, once you achieve the rank of "Ward of Justice" in the Clan Centurio, the Muthru Bazaar will start selling it for about 3,300 Gil at that spot in Rabanastre.
