Barry Bonds broke Hank Aaron's home-run record today.

Quite prestigious title to hold, considering he has that cloud of 'suspicion' hovering over him, but all the same, baseball's most coveted record has been broken. :monster:

Thoughts? Opinion?
Rave, and chatter pl0x.

I honestly couldn't care less, to me this is just some geezer who's good at hitting a ball with a stick...cavemen did this ffs

I'd actually lawl if he was tried positive for steroids :monster:

This is funny...My brother Aaron was born on August 8th, 1998, a month before Mark McGwire tied Roger Maris' single season HR record. Now Bonds breaks the All-time record on his birthday, 9 years later.

Anyway, I can't judge Bonds because I do not know him personally. Whether or not he took steroids, he sure can pick his pitches to hit the ball. Congrats to him, but I wanted my boy Ken Griffey Jr. to break this record in the end. Looks like A-Rod may have a shot though.

I thought this topic was about James Bond...

but yea, I've been actually been paying fairly close attention to this. Not because I have any interest in baseball but my sister's boyfriend is obsessively interested.

I know the speculation of him on steroids has been going around for some years now, but don't you think that if he was on it, they would have caught him by now?? Obviously he's still launching homeruns like crazy all while be eyed like a hawk for the last few years. He's an impressive ball player, I'll give him that.
