I just got the gun mage but how do u get a blue bullet?Help!

It's been awhile since i've played X-2 properly, but if I remember correctly, to get the blue bullet abilities you have to let enemies use them on you. (Same as VII's Enemy Skills)
Some only use them in oversoul though.
I think that's it anyway, you're bound to be able to find a list of monsters and what they use somewhere pretty easily.

That's true...
It's blue magic so the enemy has to use them on you for you to learn them.
I learned a few of them and it fun to try them out.
