I heard that the mirrorknight method was the best way to get gil, but is there even a better way?

Chain enemies to get high chain levels, and when you do, start picking up their loot that they drop so you can sell it at the Bazaar for high $$$.

Also, to get rare drops a lot quicker, do not pick up the money bags and dark magicite drops right away. By letting them lie there for a while and skipping the option to pick them up, your chain level rises 3 times as fast and you can get those huge-ass coins to appear after about 20 kills in a row or so.
