and was wondering what games are best for online play?

Well of course I could say Halo but that would be a given.
But other than that I really get a kick (no pun intended) out of Playin' is DOA4 I own online, bet you can't guess my favorite character....

It'll depend on what games you actually like playing, Halo 3 is of course the big one and Gears of War I've heard is pretty good too. Get The Orange box if you like your FPS games and don't have a gaming PC so you can play Team Fortress 2, more fun than Halo although playing 8v8 compared to the PCs 12v12 or 16v16 isn't as great but still worth a shot.

No, Halo 3 is the most overated game it's ridiculous. Imo Rainbow Six is a better shooter. I play FFXI the most tho

Once I got online I'd like to play some Rainbow Six Vegas or maybe GRAW.

How about Final Fantasy 11? Im going to play that once I purchase one.
Honestly, I haven't played the finished product of Final Fantasy XI. The game isn't supposed to be all that great--not compared to other Final Fantasy titles. I played the demo awhile back...and I wasn't impressed much.
I played the PC version, but it took up alot of space on my PC, hence the reason Im getting the console version.
