yo, i'm having that problem where it's late in the game and perpetually dry and i haven't completed the "patient in the desert" side quest. apparently i need the rains to do part of it. is there another way in there?

I did it in the same time and got it right, i don't remember needing the rains because it isn't in giza or am i wrong? Where are you stuck?
