i was wondering if someone of you guys Could make a Bar.

the bar has to be Blue/White and 400 wide if possible.
can someone do this? x]

Just out of curiosity, if you're a GFX creator yourself, why do you always request people to do stuff for you? You can easily go online and find tutorials and learn how to make things yourself. It just seems a bit odd. Another thing too, why do you offer rep points to people when you yourself have no rep power to give rep points yet?
