Background Tutorial

I made this tutorial by request, it's the first I've ever made.

As stated, I'd like to see any outcomes made by following this tutorial.

Hmm, it's alright. The effects don't come to a focal point, though.

It's a tutorial for composing a background around a stock, not blending focals and effects. The title clearly states this.

If you don't like my work then that's fine, I made this as a request and I was all too happy to oblige. The only reason it's here is because I thought I'd share it with everyone and it will hopefully help more than one person that way.

If you feel that this isn't enough "flow" for you then that's your opinion, we all have different tastes and we all make our GFX differently. This is the way I like to make mine, OK?
