*Takes in deep breath* This is ridiculous, I think I may quit...

Okay, I'm going to try to do this in a calm way, Im very, very angry right now, so excuse the massive typos Im sure Im going to make.

1. Why the hell am I only aloud 6 potions? Where does that number come from? Wouldn't 9, or 10 be better? And not to mention easier, which will reduce the amount of damage my monitor has recieved from my yelling? 6 ins't enough... I have no clue how you guys did this, why 6? Why?

2. Why is haste on the enemy for like, triple the amount of time as beserk is? Is there some sort of magical element that allows haste to stay there for ever? I was in the battle, throwing attacks (No more magic for me, because I had already wasted all my hi-ethers because Im only granted a small amount) for a LONG time, always missing because haste gave him more evasion then he should have, and it stayed there for ever. Why is haste pretty much an eternal effect? It finally goes off after my character has like, 30 health left, and the summon is dead.

3. What exactly is the point of the Overdrive Stance move? It never connects. I've had it for a LONG time, I constantly use it, but it NEVER EVER lands. What are the percentages of its success? 1%?

4. How come you cannot team up at certain places? I love teaming up with people because it makes the battles a lot shorter, and funner, and easier. I dont find it fun when I waste at least 30+ minutes in a battle to only be defeated because HASTE WONT GO AWAY.

5. Which brings me to my next point... I'd say I was in a battle for roughly 45 minutes. I kept killing, killing and killing. Wizards kept healing. So I decided to take them out. I finally do so. Then I gotta kill the other enemies who I've killed about 4 times each. And then I die. What the fuck? I spent all that time, and to lose, and come out with jack shit? What about all the people I killed? Where does their experience go? The training area I can use right now gives me sqwat experience, and Im clearly not going anywhere further with the plot, so why can't I just get the experience from the guys I killed? I did kill them, so what the hell?

Theres probably more things about this that Im real pissed about, but I cant think. I know that the game is supposed to be hard, but it would help a shitload if you can get EXP from the guys you kill, even if you get defeated.

I bet this will pass over, and tomorrow I'll be in love with the game again, but right now I just feel like quiting.

Where are you now? I have no idea why the potions are only 6. I believe I originally had the defaults set to 8 or 10 potions. I hope you graduated from Roda Volcano.

Also, the reason you don't experience when you die is because that is how the creator of the game software has it setup. It sucks, I know. I believe you should get some kind of experience when you lose. Oh well.

It might help you some if you had some kind of DEF.

Yeah, I got passed Roda Volcano, thanks to Dark and Arthvader.

Alright, I'll try to make some room for DEF... My main focus right now is SPD so that I can get as many turns as possible.

Because that is the way we have haste set up. If you scan the monster and look at their spell levels, each level gain would make the spell last one more turn, until it reaches the maximum. The maximum may be 5 turns, or even 20 turns, it all depends on how ti is set up.

That is because if you keep using your other stance, it will reduce the chance for that stance to hit. In other words, you can only have one stance mastered at a time.

Because this game is mainly supposed to be a single-player-type game. So in some areas, we set it so you cannot form a party there.

ok, like in real life, you don't get paid for doing part of the job, you must finish teh entire job before you get your reward. Basically, you have to defeat them all or you won't get anything. Also, the wizards are the first things that should be killed, as i'm guessing your in the Elf camp.

Alright, thanks for the info, I assume I should start training the Overdrive Stance, other then lesser version (I can't remember the name right now)?

And yes, Im in the Elf Camp. And about half my anger came from almost winning. And I would've if I had more MP, or 1 more ether. That 45 minute battle would've had meaning.

But thanks. Thats some good info to know, I'll be sure not to lose next time, or my keyboard is going to be smashed against a wall.

That would be a bad idea, since you need the keyboard. Just be patient and train.
(ps.You could train at the dwarf camp.)

A while back, I actually adjusted the SPDs of some of the Elvs because I thought they were too fast. To be honest, I think you should of trained some, with the Dwarfs first. But I think the trigger is setup that once you hit a certain area, you cannot fight the Dwarfs anymore.

Alright, I got passed both colonies, I took on the Dwarves last, and they were easier. I was training earlier at Lutia Pass now, me and Arthvader beat Rubicante. Is the dawrf colony better then Lutia Pass for training?

You probably would do better at Zephyr Point. I think that is a pretty easy area for a person at your level. The one guy is level 52.
