Has anyone played the Wii, DS or Gamecube versions of this game? It's one of the most horribly addictive games ever. It gets to the point where you're like "Must...Collect...APPLES" so you have something to sell to make money.

I've played all three versions, but I think I like the Wii one the most. The inclusion of the city is great, as it offers a few extra shops - while in the original, Tom Nook has the monopoly on that.

I've played them all. Yes, I have been in an Animal Crossing inflicted coma. I prefer Wild World a little because while I like the city and the new furniture sets I loved having a mansion a little bit more. City Folk is the first time I've ever had other real people living in my town (i.e. my family) and it was sort of funny introducing them to the money madness. My dad and brother have played before but they never cut down the whole town to plant as much foreign fruit as possible or trapped, whacked, or hurt the animals before. It's fun.

I went to visit Lisa's (Judge Rulia's) Animal Crossing Town, and traded my apples for her cherries, and went on a frenzy of chopping and planting xD

I now have like, 30 cherry trees, so I get craploads of money every time the cherries grow back xD

My friend had all of the different fruit types except pears (her native fruit she accidently made extinct...) and let me ravage her trees. She said that if you send your native fruit to your neighbors they sometimes reply with foreign fruit but it never worked for me. She got all of her fruit that way though. All my coconut trees died so I will have to pay her another visit...
