A request

I request that we get a shoutbox/chatbox that would be cool because if we did that because instead of pming we could just talk in the chatbox/shoutbox.

Shoutboxes I feel are not very good for forums, people become lazy and don't post as often since they use it as a glorified chatbox. There was one anyway before it was taken down.
