Disturbingly Beautiful
I may edit this thread with more resources as time goes on.

J-Rock
I'm sure I may have posted these links elsewhere but not here where I think some people would appreciate knowing. The most supreme place for getting J-Rock scans is the J-Rock Scans LJ (LiveJournal) Community! Ever since, I never went elsewhere. They have a huge directory of images right from the magazines and these images are generally pretty big, too and they accept requests.

You have to sign up to LJ and that community if you are to get to their scans but its well worth it and free. >_>

Artbooks
http://gallery.digik.net/cat/2/page/0
A pretty good site (general anime, manga, and some games and photo books), though some of their ads that have sound are REALLY annoying.
---
Note: As a general rule, I do not believe you should abuse other people's resources and tools. Meaning, don't whore out their brushes and textures to the point where it looks hardly different from the original, make it look like a new piece of art that the original provider of those resources would be proud instead of being disappointed in a copycat who can't even stand upon their own two feet and their own ability.
Textures, Brushes, etc.
http://www.ex-posed.com/
This is an excellent place for some resources. Their textures are rad too. I mean rad.
http://community.livejournal.com/dearest/
Another LJ community for textures and such. You don't have to necessarily join or "Friend" them, however their download links may lead to DeviantArt for the downloads.

Fonts
http://www.dafont.com/
Probably the only place I'd bother going to for fonts unless on a rare occasion I want something particular say the font that's in Death Note. That you will have to extend your search elsewhere as DaFont will unlikely have it even with its vast collection separated into neat categories where you can also "test" the look of the font by typing in a certain text to your preference.
