It's funny. I started to play this game again a couple weeks ago and now I see this post. Anyway, the game is great! I loved being Chocobo and doing all the little card battles. I wish they would make a sequel.
Well since XI was pay to play then I am going to say that XIV will also be pay to play. And like others have said, they have to keep people working on the game, keeping up with server issues, modding the game, adding and creating content, ect...
If you plan to just casually play this game and...
I'd like to have at least all the jobs that were in FFXIV and maybe a couple more. I like going through each job and knowing what is best for my play style.
I love the idea of FFXIV being more solo based than XI was. I thought XI was great but hated having to be in parties so early in the game. If more solo goes into this game then I am sold for sure. Also I hope they keep the lack of PvP, since I get tired of that stuff pretty fast. Or at least...
I am the very same way! I actually hardly ever use my elixers. I would always save them for the last boss but when I get to the last boss I level up so much that I hardly need them. So I am left with all these Elixers when I could have used them when I was having trouble with earlier bosses. >.<
I love that game! They should re-make it for the DS or at least make a sequel to it. I also am hoping they bring it to the Virtual Console for the Wii. That would give me a joygasim!
I would like to see a remake of FF7 but I don't need a remake of it. I think it would be awesome to play the game again with the graphics the PS3 can help generate. But it isn't something I would be disappointed about if they don't.
I hated that part too! But anyway, even if you did start over, here is what I would do...
Just Yell with Ramza and have Auto potion on with just HI-Potions or X potions in your inventory. Also the secondary lancer job is good too, so you can buy time with the jump ability and double the damage...
Finish VII of course and if you are Lvl 50 then that should be enough to go and finish Seph. Now go and kick some arse! Then move on to X, and then VIII.
I would say the DS is a better buy out of the two. Games are way better, and you have so much to choose from. The PSP has a couple of great games like FFT and Crisis Core but really, for the price you pay for it, it should have a larger library.
Final Fantasy Tactics is my favorite Final Fantasy game.
The story is one of the best out there. So much depth, great characters, good gameplay, it just keeps you coming back for more! I can play this game over and over again and never get tired of it.
The only thing I wish they did was to...
Hey, I am new here so I thought I'd start a newbie thread. Anyway, I found this site on google I believe. I don't recall what I was looking for but I found this place none the less.
My favorite types of games are RPGs. My top 3 are probably Final Fantasy Tactics, Final Fantasy VII and Suikoden...
