When Sephiroth takes her from the Reactor, he takes the metal head, and not her. Can someone explain this please? And secondly... When you fight her for the first few times, what the hell are you fighting? Is it just like parts of her or what?

Hm. Looks like I got some work to do. Good lord I am newbish for being this far in the game and I hate to ask it... But how can I get HP junctioned when it's greyed out? And just... what shoud I do in general to get ready? I don't know too much...
