Yeah the Stilshrine is awesome, but its quite a fair bit past the Raithwall tomb so i cant access it.

On my first playthrough i dont think i was able to go back and fight it..? I'm sure it didnt appear no more..i'll prob just stick with the mines and they drop Bone Fragments anyway so i'll make money too. 59! My highest available attack power atm is 29..

You do :), the Dark Aeons drop them. Best bet is to save before fighting one and if you dont get 3 slots + ribbon then reload and try again. A good way also is using Dark Yojimbo, fighting him 4 times and if you dont get what you want then reload. This just saves constantly reloading all the time.
