i dont know what the first riddle is but is the second one all of tifa's weapons?? (that's probably a bad guess)

I was hunting those oilings and they're supposed to drop those sagittarius gems right? but i tryed stealing from them, killing them repeatedly until the chain built up but they wouldn't drop any. Is it just bad luck or am i doing somthing wrong?

i use Basch(golden axe/ aegis shield), Fran(Ragnarok), and Penelo(Perseus Bow and Assassin arrows).
