Well I have no idea what is wrong, but my computer can detected my DVD drive, but when I put in a movie or a CD in the drive it acts like there is nothing in there. I have no idea how to fix it, and I don't really want to go out and buy a new one. Can anyone please help me?

I ask someone from Best Buy about my problem and he said I should update the ram from 6 gigs to 8 or higher, should I update rams or should I update motherboard?

well i tried that, but when i tried to run an update it said it is on the latest update on both mouse and keyboard. I don't know about the motherboard though.. How can I update the motherboard or scan it for problems?

well it failed at the network part... but for some reason its working today. I don't know why.... last night i couldn't get it to work at all if there is away to fix this if this does happen again please let me know.

I setup my connection though bridge connection to my computer, i didn't get any new patches or updates, no computer updates and, live was working fine the day before. I also didn't find anything about live being up or down today.
