I think they should bring back the Morhper job from FFTA. you'd "aquire" your different shapes like Blue magic, but when you shapeshift, it'd use MP like the summoner from ffxi. you'd get the abilities from what you have already (subjob, gear, etc.), but you'd have access to the TP abilities...
