Im still thinking they did it un purpose, to create the pillar . completly related with the first falcie, anima, that turned the whole lake in cristal, it was the same explosion. I also think that no falcie turned lightning and friends into normal again, fang and vanille did it.

I think that the secret of all this is when orphan say something like " the born of a new cristal legend". Maybe fang and vanille turned into more than cristalls, they turned into something more like a fal cie, since falcie are machines with powerfull cristals inside, maybe those girls...
