It's more than just manifesting, in my opinion. The fact that Sephiroth can hold back all of Aerith's actions is pretty much undeniable proof that he's the stronger will.

The stats really only show how often you use the character, though. If you use Firion 40 times & Cloud 15 times, of course Firion is going to have a higher win count.
