In regards to abortion...
I'm not talking about arguing, just the fact that the bill is introduced means that there are disagreements in the house of legislation am I right?
...and we're back at this again:
Is it better if I just say that just fact that the bill had been introduced is in direct conflict of the Roe V Wade ruling? That there are "disagreements" in the house of legislation simply because of that bill?---Me
Do you still remember that? Keyword btw is...
.....and I have no problem with you going by implications.Anything else to add?
So am I wrong when I say that Republicans and Democrats are just one big whole happy bipartisan family when it comes to abortion?
Chips
Anyone ever tell you how nitpicky you are? I just feel like calling them child/unborn child. I know it's not technically right, but I like to treat them like human beings. Is that all right with you?
Ok, I'm not making assumptions on what's going to happen. That's in the future, I'm not...
(.....)
Oookkkkaaaayy then, we both agree that the child is alive and I'm pretty sure there's no argument that the child is human....Anything else that you'd like to add?
Is it better if I just say that just fact that the bill had been introduced is in direct conflict of the Roe V Wade...
I'm guessing this was a different CassinnoChips that posted this at page 35:
Nowhere in those foot/endnotes did I see the word "life." Nowhere did it explicitly state "life begins at this point." It only says "development" or a "unique individual" or some other, highly interpretive phrase that...
Mehaha
*sigh* I remember you saying that a couple pages ago. How about this? Would this work for you?
A baby though they show no signs it has been proven they are capable of complex thought. In fact I remember tunes which my mother played while I was in the womb [Beethoven's flight of the...

Hasty generilization am I right?
Hasty generalization is a logical fallacy of faulty generalization by reaching an inductive generalization based on insufficient evidence. It commonly involves basing a broad conclusion upon the statistics of a survey of a small group that fails to...
Mehaha
I'm pretty sure the fault was all mine, since I'm the one who needs a "higher level of understanding".
When you say full human, do you mean a fully develop one?
Bun
What gives us the right indeed. Shouldn't I be asking that question?
Ok any legitimate sources for that? Cus I got one that says otherwise....Do you still remember this Mehaha?
[SIZE=2][I][B]
This is getting circular Mehaha....
CassinnoChips
What fallacy would that be? And no, the number of cell doesn't matter, it's the structure of it compare to that of an unborn child. One is alive(a simple individual structured cell) and one is not(a complex individual structure of cells). That was your point against me remember...
Yes, but ice is still water. Beginning of a new human being. The very start of a new human being....What are you talking about? Do you mean on a development stage?
(......)
You really don't want that unborn child to be treated as a human being huh? I mean c'mon, people are gonna kill the child anyway. Why does s/he have to be dehumanize?
We're going in circles now Mehaha. I gave a number of sources to you remember?
It's classified as a distinct human being.....Why are you still insisting that it's not human?
Alright I'll give you that, but when you compare an unborn child to single celled protozoa called paramecia(which is recognized by the science community as a live organism).
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paramecium
I'm pretty sure there's no problem calling a multi celled complex structure of...
While I agree that we're not above the law, the US Constitution does not apply to the whole world. I got around 30+ countries that does say the child have every right to live within certain limits. Excluding the ones where the gov regulates abortion to a point where pro-choice ideals doesn't...
Just for the record, I think women are great. I love em, especially my mother. I'm very grateful that she went through that hellish, gruesome, incomparable nine months ordeal we call "pregnancy" just so I could live. More power to them.
Now take note, while most of you supported women's right...
