All right this has been bugging me for some time. Is S-E just not creative enough to come up with original names, or what? I mean, you've got Cloud and Squall, and in FFXIII apparently the names are rumored to be Lightning and Storm. Not to mention others like Shadow, Edge, Dagger/Garnet...

..was just a mistake. I really disliked it. It didn't even feel like Final Fantasy to me. The only faint reminder it even had was a moogle or two. The world, the battles, the gameplay, were all some weird style unusual to Final Fantasy games.. and the movement.. with the caravan and crap...
