    Help with a mark, book isn't helping at all

    I hope this isn't the wrong place to post this, I'm new here, but I need help getting a stupid mark to appear. It's the lindwyrm mark in the Tchita Uplands (# 22) I made sure the weather conditions are correct as the book said but this sucker won't appear! any tips guys? is the book innacurate...
