What is the recommended level one should be at to defeat these guys?

I'm trying to do the odds and ends of KHII, as in completing Jiminys (sp) journal. In one of the Underdome cups, you need to get 5000 orbs, I believe it's the Goddess of Fate cup. How in the world do you do it!? The closest I've gotten was 3000 something >.< I'm missing 1 treasure chest from...

I'm at level 62, beat the game and I'm just going around trying to wrap everything else up, i.e. beat Seph. I don't have the Glide ability yet though >.< Do you have to be at a certain level to get it or is it in a certain world?
