    Help FFXIII: No Ugallu (Massif Mission) at Yaschas Massif – Tsubaddran Highlands

    I'm at Tsubaddran Highlands and Ugallu is nowhere to be found. I see the Mission 3 listed on the map but no red cross anywhere on the map. What's going on?
