So, I'd like to go full blast at Ultima Weapon when I get to him, but if he's capturable I wouldn't want to miss my one and only chance at capturing him. Is Ultima Weapon capturable? Also, I think I read about an Omega Weapon? Is that guy capturable, too?

My guide says the Jupiter Crest is in a chest in the Besaid Auroch's locker room, but I don't see any chest in there. Do I have to do something else first? Or are these instructions for the International version or something?
