Regardless of gender crisis, Kuja had sex appeal which makes the main antagonist even more likeable. I thought that Trance Kuja looked more feminine but was due in part to the colour choices. Either way, Kuja was cool.
FFVII was the first and only 'FFVII' I played. Got it when it was first released as a birthday present. I played the living crap out of it. Near maxed out stats, well over 150hours play time. Just need to defeat emerald and ruby and I'll be done.
I like the new style because I really feel part of the world. I see what you mean but the FF series is evolving like the hardware that powers it. One of the redeeming qualities of FFXII was how immersed I became in the world. I found having an overworld would make the game kinda boring to...
I had one last night. I was a guardian for a summoner unlike Yuna. We had wandered through a glistening cave stepping over this beautifully tinted water. Well we ended up in a lost forgotten city hidden within a giant mountain. We were looking around. I was looking for treasure while my...
Slow impulses put them up there with people driving under the influence. I agree on a mandatory test in their 60s that should be taken and retaken every year because biology at that age can change in a year. Inconvinience is worth saving lives especially if it's just an accident.
The funniest fight had to be with the chocobo eater. Knocking it on its back hacking mercilessly away at its rectum. Thankfully I was able to kill it and end its misery :D
I understood the gambits for some the harder MARKS (no storyline boss in the game needs gambits) but overall it made battling non user friendly as the computer took control to fight the other computer.
I appreciate the depth of adding such features though.
I have 135 hours in the game and...
Coolio. Thanks. Haven't played it yet. Read the manual and interface seems....interesting. But FFX in me wants to play it :)
Well the copy I bought doesn't work (too many disk scratches) so I'm off to find another one...
Oh I followed the storyline closely as I found it engaging. I guess I just didn't care when Necron just popped after Kuja. I cared when I fought Kuja because of what he did.
Overall I liked FFIX. I can't play it again though. At least it didn't sill random chests...
Exactly. Fundamental teachings in Hinduism and Buddhism are toleration of other religions because all religions send the same messages but in different contexts. Toleration is the key to unity but when you were raised to believe things in a certain way, you can't just refute them.
But that...
I never argue religion with people. I have before it got so ugly that it wasn't worth it :P
Most of my views were based on experience from myself, friends and family. I wasn't speaking strictly on Catholicm but moreso on just the generalities religion on a whole. And there are people who...
- People blame God when he doesn't answer their prayers
- People think Islam is the cause of terrorists which creates hypocrisy since others come in and blame Christianity as greedy and intolerant of other religions
- People take religion to seriously. I love it when people take one liners...
I'd rather be forgotten. Anyone see "Into the Wild". That's always been a fantasy of mine. The world is harsh and life is tough. I personally don't have the willpower to go on and on by myself. I'd rather sleep forever. Yes I am selfish...
I heard it costs way more to execute a criminal than to keep them behind bars for life. And having crueler ways of execution won't deter crime. You think in other parts of the world where torture exists that everyone is clean and law abiding? No.
Murder is obviously wrong but I think as...
Well I did buy for collection purposes even though it is heavily despised :D. I'll play it for a bit and if, at any point, I'm bothered by what I see, I'll stop and forget it existed.
I just bought this game two days go mostly just to add to my collection. As a huge fan of FFX who loved the ending so much that he ranks it near the top as one of the best video game endings in history, will X2 just sully that feeling and dilute the overall experience FFX gave me?
By that I...
Yup forgot about that damn Chocobo garbage. Also wanted to add for FFXII that rare drops, random chests, and item synthesizing was absolutely irritating. I gave it a chance till I got so bored chaining to try and get rare drops that would never drop. I actually nodded off once...
And I...
I'm still trying to figure out what's worse...trying to do 1000 jumps in a row or dodging 200 consecutive lightning bolts.
I think I gave up at 53 because irritation got the better of me
