there isnt relli a bad place to train all you need to do is understand how much exp u get for fightin then and get untill the lvl is too little exp at a time then change area but good places are outside migar and kalm they have good monsters there all i did was fight till i was bout lvl 10...

iv played ff10 3 times and i never found anything about ultimate armour in the game i know about the clestrial weapons and i got all of them but it was quite hard runing about the world finding them i had to use the guide to get the last few like aurons
