Dagger. Like so many others, silly or not, I stick with the default names. Watching my girlfriend play some games is pain to me, because she'll not only change the names, she'll make them into swearwords. (Though not when she actually intends to FINISH a game. Thank god for that.)
My only...
Auron. He has a great story, he's got the natural badass factor working in overdrive, and he's damn useful for getting through heavy armour for a good portion of the game, as far as I can recall. He spent most of the time in my front lines.
I loved FFTA2. It's one of my favourite FF games. Same goes for the original FFT, though as far as gameplay mechanics I think I'm starting to enjoy the FFTA system more than plain ol' FFT. Too easy to break the game by leveling the crap out of your characters using Tailwind and Focus over and...
I'll agree with what was originally the majority (looks debatable now) and go with X. I liked XII a great deal more than some of my friends - the battle system was a breath of fresh air, and the size of the world pulled me in - but it's too damn long. I was so bored of it by the end.
X, though...
Hmm. Splitting them into categories is a good idea. Lesse:

Tonberry gets my vote in everything. The very concept of a tiny fish-creature-thing in a hood, carrying a knife and a lantern, is too bizarrely hilarious not to acknowledge.
Between birth and age five or six, I was fairly hyper. I'd do damn near anything - which, to my parents' chagrin, included running off and hiding while out at stores or parks or whatever. Quite different from my brother, who would bawl his eyes out if he was separated from the parental units for...
Thanks! I abandoned drawing for a solid three years, so I'm kinda catching up on my technique again. Each one is a little better... 'cept when they're not... sigh.
Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together for the PSP. Quite a challenging game, though the plot is... underwhelming. (Probably helps to get into the world via the earlier Ogre titles. I don't feel anything for these characters, though.) Still, it's a good way to pass the time, and I do look forward...
The online games and the Crystal Chronicles titles. I've also not gotten terribly far in Final Fantasy V, which is kiiiinda like not playing it, though to be fair I just don't like it that much.
Right now I'm playing Tactics Ogre, but once I'm done that I'm gonna pop Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions into my PSP. I adored the original Tactics; I'm sure the remake will appease me just as well.
Since getting a tablet for Christmas, I've been sketching like mad. Some of it is work-related; other times, I just like to mess about. I realized, though, that I hadn't used it for any FF-related art. Shocking!
Well, here's where that stops, and we'll begin with a sketch I did of Shadow from...
I'm watching this right now and I kinda agree. The story is... taking its time... three episodes to introduce the main characters, one by one, was probably too much. I'm still not entirely sure what the primary point of the show is, and I'm probably close to episode 20. (Though I think Excalibur...
I guess I should start calling my girlfriend Heath, then. Sheeeee... he'll be happy about that, fo sho.
Also, Fleur is clearly a beautiful butterfly in that picture. That's been hit in the face by a hockey puck.
I have a tendency to lean towards villains, so I'll go with Kefka. He's such a lovably genocidal nutcase, and he has some of the best snippets of dialogue in the entire series.
Also KINDA along the villain lines but not really, Jecht from Final Fantasy X. He's a jerk with a good heart, as well...
