It would be a resounding yes from me, not just cos I'm a catholic, but because enough events and experiences have convinced me that there IS a God.
As for the very first post in this thread. Going by your concept, there would be an endless aim of creators without end. Just like trying to argue...
Cloud, Red XIII and Aerieth. And then she dies. T__T
So I replace her with Yuffie.
I just seem to have something against Tifa, don't really know why. XD
I would like that very much, as long as they leave the damn plot alone. A new battle system is still considerable, since that might actually add a fresh touch to the game, along with the graphics and voiceovers.
But the monsters level up with you. =\
I think...Trabia is like a private school. I remember Selphie saying she'd already taken the WRITTEN paper back in Trabia. But for the practical she had to go to a school with the proper arrangements? I guess...
And I don't remember Galbadia having...
I'd say Seifer is something of a genius at battle. But he doesn't get enough practice. And Squall has talent AND practice. So Squall's stronger.
Another reason for me concluding that. It seems to me Seifer thinks he's already strong enough. And when that happens, you stop growing stronger cos...
Squall. His motivation for fighting would mean he is more able to stay focused, as compared to Seifer who probably has his pride in mind.
But who knows, Seifer might have learnt his lesson after the game ends. I like the kindly smile he had in the ending movie.
So...I'd go for either...
Lol, yea the hints were dropped pretty liberally. At the very least, the ending movie when you see the famous Raine, shows the resemblance pretty well IMO. :/
Hmm. I don't know. I've always had two theories. The first being that its a fake, so he doesn't need to get involved in the heat of the frontline battles. Which can easily be discounted by the fact that he's a pretty brave guy who gave his train ticket to Quistis.
The second, well, a disorder...
A lil bit of a mary-sue, but not as bad as some I've seen, like Angelique from Neo Angelique Abyss. XD
She's a good kid, really, I like her MOST of the time.
But hey, no one's perfect, no?
Underdeveloped, and too easy to beat. =\ I mean, isn't the last boss normally supposed to...require effort of some sort? =\ The only crapped out part about that battle is when my junction to Squall's strength got blown away just like that. >.>
And he still lived to tell the tale. =.=
Squall was 40ish, but Quistis was stuck at 20ish. So I brought her life really low, gave her initiative and set out for some pwnage with degenarator.. :X
Otherwise, I either equip ribbon on Squall, or just be insane and use mad rush. XD
Holy wars...heroes...if you don't have those items, Rinoa's invincible moon. I was lucky enough to get it nearly every time. :D
So yea, play loadsa cards. XD
And then watch the carnage. :X On him, naturally.
Mm, strange this might seem compared to the other replies, but I actually liked the part when Squall was trying to find out what was wrong with Rinoa. That part was pretty emotional cos I could understand the turmoil he was experiencing? XD
I actually like Final Fantasy VIII pretty much, I mean, sure, its lacking in certain character histories and when it suddenly jumps out at you that the whole gang were at the same orphanage at the same time, its @_@ overly coincidental. But I still enjoy the game for its junction and all.
I've...
About...8 mins or less? I find a lot of my time is spend waiting for the clock to run down so I can get the perfect score, so 10 mins has been sufficient for all my playthroughs.
Hmm. I play loadsa sports, but the only one I've played competitively would be basketball. :D Awesome game, that, but I decided after my 4 years in the sport that it suited me more in the friendly manner, so now I just head to the court near my house and play with NICE people. XD
And if a...
