Found something interesting, just clarifies exactly how Lulu's overdrive works -
"Lulu's overdrive is called Fury, and when activated you must choose one black magic ability that will be cast many times. Any black magic spell can be used, and the process does not require any MP. You then have...
I read on Gamespot that you can't even choose exactly who to attack or heal in battle, is that right?
You just select "Attack" or "Potion" or whatever and the game picks one out for you?
Interesting strategy, but I do remember (vaguely, I'll admit) that Lulu had higher base magic stats than Yuna. Yuna's strength comes from summoning - otherwise, she's not that powerful.
Obviously, switching sphere grid paths would change that problem if you really didn't want to use Lulu, but...
Pancakes really are easy...
And so is rice!
Although... rice is harder than pancakes.
Pasta is easy too, but tricky, because you need a different amount of water for pasta than you do for rice.
Also, enchiladas are tasty.
By the way, congrats on being engaged.
Muse - Plug-In Baby
Been too long, Mr Bellamy. Too long.
Mod Edit: Please expand on your post. Next time, it may be classified as spam because it is a one liner. Thank you.
...Wut?
Are you confusing Yuna with Yunalesca, or have you not played through 10 that far yet?
Yunalesca's not a bad person as such, she just has a very different viewpoint than that of the protagonists', and as such does battle with the party.
I don't want to say much more than that in...
Fail...
I'll definitely have to try that on my next playthrough...it cracked me up.
Alternatively, how about "Bitch"?
"You were great back there, Bitch!"
"Concentrate on the mission, Bitch."
"Bitch, you set the bomb."
:lew:
Really, these funny names could be applied to any character that can...
The difference in Sephiroth's new alt is that it's his pure, original Nomura-design.
His default in the first game was Amano's design and had beads and flowy bits and stuff, as well as different shoulder-guards.
Is there something wrong with your controller?
All you have to do is spin the right analog stick around in circles. May have to be clockwise, I'm not sure.
Roflcopters.
Hearing it in Japanese is just too fucking weird after playing it so many times and getting used to their english ones.
I actually think all of them sounded fine, except maybe Tidus when he was laughing (normal laughing, not forced). Auron actually sounded a little less awesome in...
I can't believe I missed Beatrix's themes out! Someone shoot me!
Her battle theme is "The Wavering Sword" (in some translations anyway).
Her regular theme is "Rose of May/Loss of Me".
And the theme that plays when she and Steiner protect Alexandria from the Mistodons is "Something to...
Most definitely Charmander. Charmander would kick their butss any day.
Debating whether to continue playing V or VI. Probably VI though.
Would continue playing XII but the TV is generally off-limits during the day lol.
I do the exact same thing, in pretty much every game I play.
Sometimes I feel that XII is too open-ended in terms of character development, but I also admit that I probably wasn't very effective in my LP distribution.
I've recently started a new game, so I'll see how I go. I'm going to try and...
Teen Titans.
Fuck yeah!
Mod Edit: Can you please elaborate on your post? One liners will not be tolerated, as they can be classified as spam. Perhaps say what you liked or disliked about the show?
I never really used aeons much in general, but Yojimbo takes this spot for me because he is the sole reason I was able to beat the Dark Aeons.
It's just a pain in the arse that each time you get him to use Zanmato he seems to higher the amount of money you have to pay him to use it again.
I can't believe you guys didn't mention Vamo' Alla Flamenco...
That entire part of the game is made of win.
Other extra-awesome tracks on an otherwise awesome OST:
Jesters of the Moon - Zorn and Thorn's theme. I hate those stupid little guys.
Battle Theme - Win.
Zidane's Theme - Nice and...
I actually think that X's OST, while very good, was a little under the bar set by previous Final Fantasy's.
However, we have to remember that Masashi Hamazau also worked on X's OST, and he is reponsible for the lackluster soundtracks of Dirge of Cerberus and XIII, so...
IX's was probably the...
At least you guys got some of the games.
Us Brits didn't get any of the games until the PS era! FFVII was the first FF released in Europe, which is ridiculous. I hate living in Europe sometimes, we don't get enough love games-wise.
The first time we played I, II, IV, V and VI was on the PS...
