"You are most like Sephiroth. You are dark and maybe even considered evil by most people. You feel you are inclined to...
IMO the saddest part of FFX was Auron being sent by Yuna. It was sad because you knew that he was dead, but at the same time I never thought that would happen to him, and then of course Jecht and Tidus just compounding the despair when they both disappear. FFX probably had the most disparaging...
I didn't think it was cheating as it is in the game and is fairly hard to find but when I did obtain it I rarely used it. If I did use KoTR, it was on normal enemies and the like, but I never used it on a weapon or boss. I just liked the challenge of having to beat them without KoTR, because...
Watchmen
I won't give away anything, but I really like it. Of course this is coming from someone who never read the graphic novel, but I just thought that the way they structured the movie was great. They made it like a comic book, and although it took awhile for the plot to really take off...
Smoking in public or a bar doesn't bother me a whole lot, but if it's in a restaurant or someplace with food it's annoying.
I used to smoke cigarettes fairly frequently, but then I just decided it was a worthless habit and quit. I will occasionally smoke a cigar with my friends or to just...
I thought that Squall and Rinoa made for the best couple because of the fact that Squall's character developed as a result of Rinoa's kindness toward him. Then when Rinoa was in doubt, Squall was able to open up to her and be her source of strength, and I thought that as a result they had a...
Although I do recognize that my post was a bit short, I feel as though this discussion is opinion based and therefore, fairly straightforward, and seeing as I have a very concise view with regards to the topic I felt as though my one sentence response was more than satisfactory. However, if I...
The last premise of your post is completely false. Just look at Grand Theft Auto IV and other violent video games. There is far LESS censorship in America than there was in 1997 when FFVII came out, and a storyline such as FFVII would receive no press at all what-so-ever. Society has pushed...
I agree with you that it definitely took some time for me to get used to, but seeing as I probably play more sports games and FP shooters than RPGs, that probably allowed me to adjust to the quick pace of the game more so than people who simply play turn based RPGs.
I always went with Cloud, Vincent and Red, but lately I've been switching out Red for Tifa. I've always liked Vincent, and I don't why the shift away from XIII to Tifa, it just works out that way.
Although I am fond of the old turn based battle system, I have to vote for the new real time one. It's much more fast paced and requires that you think on your feet because whereas in some of the older systems you could take your sweet time, when the battle is in real time you have to stay sharp...
I'm not really sure I see any of the characters in the latter games as being too androgynous. I mean, Zidane was part monkey, so I don't really see him being all that androgynous, maybe anthropomorphic, but definitely not androgynous.
I'm going to have to go with Zell Dincht. No matter how hard he tried to seem cool something would always go wrong, and no one took him seriously. I always got a good laugh from Zell and although nothing truly horrific happened to him, I feel as though he's just a kid with horrible luck.
If the question was "who was the best villain" then I would have to go with Sephiroth but seeing as it is "who is the most evil" I have to side with Kefka. Sephiroth, like so many of the other FF villains, was conflicted and I think it can be be argued whether or not he was evil, but Kefka was...
I always thought that the Punishment was the most badass looking of all the gunblades. I liked the simplicity of both the Lionheart and Hyperion but the Punishment just looked like a weapon I would love to wield if I was a FF character.
I'm 100% certain it would be released today, and I feel as though people are less likely to care about an issue, such as terrorism, in a video game today than they were 10 to 15 years ago. FFVII is about as tame as it gets relative to most of today's video games and with the way major...
I think that my answer to this question is pretty straightforward and to put it as concisely as possible: there are a lot of bad people who use drugs, but not all people who use drugs are bad.
I have many but if I had to boil it down to a few comedians I would go with Dave Chapelle, and Chris Rock. I love the both of them because they can tell a joke in such a manner that you're able to "get it" on several different levels. It can be shocking and so you laugh and enjoy it on a very...
I thought her spat with Radiohead was hilarious, complete with Thom Yorke telling her that maybe when she grows up she won't have such a sense of entitlement. Great stuff.
