I just beat FFV! Here is my review.

It took me about a month to finish this game, it's quite an epic! There are only a few reviews in this thread so I'll add my review to the others. I will keep the spoilers to a minimum. Firstly, this is a great game! It tends to be overlooked because its release was sandwiched between IV and...

Help The perfect job guide (also some of the first world).

Sorry for the mini-spoilers there Jonathan. My tactics changed throughout the game to be honest. I've reached the end now and I can tell you; this game is a tough one! Best of luck though, its worth sticking with, its a great game.

Help The perfect job guide (also some of the first world).

Interesting guide; I notice there is no mention of Blue mages and Black mages? I keep using Blue mages to have a more complete game via learning all the skills. I think I might be wasting time doing that though!

[FF V] why does everyone hate this game?

The first time I played this game I rushed it a bit and probably got to half way or so. I wasn't enjoying it as much as IV and it was getting complicated so I gave up. I've started playing it again from the beginning recently, and I have to say it I'm enjoying it much more now. The job system...

The opera scene and The Phantom of the Opera

I think it's meant to be a cliché of many traditional operas, as is Phantom of the Opera I suppose. They both have the same source, but I don't think it is particularly inspired by Phantom. It's a great scene though! Even though it's very toung in cheek, they've managed to capture the right...
