Sods law is me starting to smoke when I was halfway through being 16 and then the age limit jumping to 18 a month after my 17th birthday. goddamn goverment, always messing up my fun. Gutted about that ID thing though. When I turn 18 I doubt I'll never have my ID, considering I look about 6.

What a grim statement, but quite correct at the same time. Though I tend not to focus on age, I see too old as 45+. However I think it's down to how determined you are to live life to the full to the very end, and my attitude will probably change growing older.
